1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Mettalon India (“the Company,” “We,” “Us”) and the client or user (“User,” “You”). By accessing https://mettalonindia.com/, requesting a consultation, or entering into a work order for our steel trading and installation services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms operate in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. Scope of Products and Services
Mettalon India is an authorized dealer for Utkarsh India Ltd., Kolkata, specializing in the Trading, Installation, and Commissioning of precision-engineered steel solutions. Our scope of supply includes:
- Lighting Infrastructure: High Mast Poles (16m–60m), Street Light Poles, Street Tubular Poles, and Decorative Poles C
- Specialized Masts: Flag Masts, Stadium Masts, and Sports Lighting
- Energy and Utility: Solar Structures and Masts for sustainable energy
- Road Safety and Signage: Metal Beam Crash Barriers, Traffic Lighting, and Signage
- Custom Fabrication: Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) structures and custom steel supply.
3. Quotations and Commercial Validity
- Validity of Quotation: Any quotation issued by Mettalon India for steel products or SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing C Commissioning) remains valid for seven
(7) days from the date of issuance.
- Price Firmness: Pricing in a confirmed Sales Order remains firm for forty-five
(45) days, provided there are no material changes in project scope, site conditions, statutory levies, or freight rates.
- Design Approval: Final execution follows the version of the Bill of Materials
(BoM) and design approved by the Customer. Changes requested after approval (e.g., modifications to High Mast height or wiring routes) may result in price and timeline revisions.
4. Payment Structure and Obligations
The Customer shall pay the total order value according to the following milestone structure:
- Advance Payment: 30% of the total order value is payable upon confirmation of the Sales Order to initiate procurement from Utkarsh India or other partners.
- Pre-Dispatch Payment: 70% of the total order value must be cleared prior to material dispatch from our Raipur godown or
- Taxes: All amounts are exclusive of GST, duties, and other governmental charges unless expressly stated.
- Modes of Payment: Payments must be made via authorized channels (Bank Transfer, Cheque, UPI, or Credit/Debit cards). No payment is deemed received until funds are successfully realized in the Company’s
5. Project Execution and Delivery
- Timelines: Materials are ordinarily dispatched within ten (10) days of technical feasibility For standard projects, completion of installation and commissioning is targeted within thirty (30) days.
- Estimates Only: Delivery and commissioning timelines are Mettalon India shall not be liable for delays caused by logistics constraints, weather, authority approvals, or force majeure events.
- Workflow: Our standard workflow includes: (1) Planning C Design, (2) Procurement C Fabrication, (3) Installation C Execution, and (4) Testing C
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Confirmed orders for steel products are binding. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges:
- Prior to Feasibility Approval: 5% of the total order value plus non-recoverable application/survey
- After Feasibility but Pre-Dispatch: 10% of the total order value plus actual administrative
- After Dispatch: 20% of the total order value plus freight, handling, and restocking
- Custom Fabrications: For custom-engineered gantry, masts, or specialized poles, the Company reserves the right to recover the full non-cancellable procurement cost.

7. Site Safety and Security
The Customer is responsible for providing safe, lawful, and unobstructed access to the project site for the installation of Stadium Masts or Solar Structures. The Customer must ensure adequate security for materials delivered to or stored at the site prior to final commissioning; Mettalon India is not liable for theft or damage resulting from
inadequate site security.
8. Intellectual Property and User Conduct
- Ownership: All website content, the tagline “Unrivaled Precision in Steel
Mastery,” and project designs are owned by Mettalon India and protected under Indian intellectual property laws.
- Limited License: Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use the website for personal, non-commercial Copying or republishing our industrial designs is strictly prohibited.
G. Warranty Framework
Unless specified in a separate certificate, the following standard framework applies from the date of delivery:
- High Mast/Infrastructure Structures: 60 months structural
- Control Panels/Inverters: 5
- Exclusions: Damage from electrical surges, fire, flooding, acts of God (Force Majeure), or unauthorized repairs is
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with all disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
- Arbitration: Any controversy arising from these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1GG6, with the seat of arbitration being
